Minimum Stay Requirements:

  • New Year & High Season (Bank Holidays): 3 Nights minimum stay.

  • Medium Season (June to September & Events): 2 Nights minimum stay.

  • Low & Winter Season: No minimum night stay.

Charges Per Night are based on:

  • 2 Persons in 1 Car with 1 Unit*

  • Includes: Awnings on grass or gravel pitches.

  • Extra Units*: £20 per night (except on Unit H if combined overall size is 10 x 10 meters).

    *Unit Definition: 1 Caravan or 1 Motorhome or 1 Tent.

Staggered Arrival and Departure Times:

  • Tent Field, Purples, and Family Area: Arrival after 12pm, Departure before 11am.

  • Top Field, White, Orange, and Green Areas: Arrival after 1pm, Departure before 12pm.

  • Reds, Blue Area, Hard Standings, and RV Pitches: Arrival after 2pm, Departure before 1pm.

    *Note: Please adhere to these times to avoid extra charges or unavailability of pitches.

Booking Details:

  • No bookings held without a £25 deposit.

  • Balance is due 1 month before arrival.

  • New Year balance is due 2 months before arrival.

Pitch Types:

  • UNIT A: Small Grass Pitches without Electric (Top & Rally Field)

  • UNIT A Plus: Large Grass Pitches without Electric (Tent Field)

  • UNIT B: Tarmac or Concrete Pitches with 1 Electric Outdoor Blue Socket (Hard Standing)

  • UNIT C: All-Weather Gravel Super Pitches with 1 Electric Outdoor Blue Socket, Water & Waste (Red Area)

  • UNIT D*: Medium Grass Pitches with 1 Electric Outdoor Blue Socket (By the Pods)

  • UNIT E: Small Grass Pitches with 1 Electric Outdoor Blue Socket (Purple Area)

  • UNIT F: Medium Grass Pitches with 1 Electric Outdoor Blue Socket (Purple Area)

  • UNIT G: Large Grass Pitches with 1 Electric Outdoor Blue Socket (Orange / Purple Area)

  • UNIT H: Very Large Grass Pitches with 1 Electric Outdoor Blue Socket (Family Area)

Group Bookings:

  • For groups of 5 units or more, book two months in advance and you can get 5% discount off the pitch fee!

  • Designate a leader to vouch for the group's behaviour and guarantee the general behaviour of the group.

  • The group will pay an additional deposit of £10 per unit.

Extras per night (for the whole stay):

  • Extra Person (Over 2 years old) - High: £4.00 | Mid: £3.50 | Low: £3.00

  • Extra Car (Not on pitch - Max 1): £4.00

  • Dogs (Per Pet): £1.50

  • Hitchhikers (Walking/Biking - Per Person): High: £14.00 | Mid: £12.00 | Low: £10.00

  • Day & Evening Visitors - High: £18.00 | Mid: £16.00 | Low: £14.00

Rally Discount:

  • Exclusive areas for rallies with discounts based on the size of the group.

  • Viewing the areas before booking is recommended.

Seasonal Tourer Pitches:

  • Enquire about Seasonal Tourer Pitches to make Lower Lacon Caravan Park your own little part of Shropshire.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 28 days or more before booking: Deposit and Balance transferable or balance refunded less deposit

  • 9 to 27 days before booking: Balance transferable less deposit or balance refunded less deposit

  • 8 days or less before booking: Unfortunately you won’t receive a refund.

    *Refunds for credit/debit card payments can only be made back to the same card.
